Use by users (hereafter “you” / “your”) of CONEY URL (hereafter “website”) constitutes acceptance by you of the following terms of use. YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE WILL BE GOVERNED BY THESE TERMS. PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE. If you do not agree to all these terms of use and our Private Policy (hereafter “terms”), you may not use this website which is owned and operated by Coney Beach Pleasure Park hereafter “us” / “our” / “we”). These terms relate to your use of this website.

The names, images and logos identifying Coney Beach Pleasure Park, their products and services are subject to copyright, design rights and trademarks of Coney Beach Pleasure Park. Nothing contained in these terms and conditions shall be construed as conferring by implication, estoppels or otherwise any licence or right to use any trademark, patent, design right or copyright of Coney Beach Pleasure Park.

Due to the evolving nature of Covid-19, procedures are subject to change without notice.

Entry

Due to the latest government rules, please ensure any bookings with more than six people are restricted to one household group only.
When purchasing an entry ticket (online or at the gate), you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:
Health and safety restrictions apply to all rides. Please consult our rides section on this website for detailed height, health and safety restrictions here.

Small children must be accompanied by a more mature person on some rides.

Entry tickets are non-transferable and are only valid on day and time of session selected.

We have the right to refuse admission or evict any persons if they behave in such a way as to jeopardise the safety of themselves or others.
Some rides may be closed due to weather, servicing or Governmental restrictions.

Game stalls, arcades and all coin operated rides are excluded from the entry price.

In the interest of safety, guests are asked to ensure that all children under 12 years of age are accompanied by a responsible adult during their visit.

Whilst Visiting Coney Beach Pleasure Park

Your Responsibilities

Your dress and appearance must be suitable for a family attraction. If you are wearing clothing that is indecent or likely to cause offence in any way, you will be refused entry or removed from the attraction.

Please ensure that you read all safety signs displayed when at Coney Beach Pleasure Park and when embarking upon each individual ride. Please note that, due to the current COVID-19 regulations, additional safety measures are in place.

Children under twelve must be supervised by a responsible person.

Threatening behaviour, verbal abuse or violence will not be tolerated at Coney Beach Pleasure Park. Persons exhibiting as such will be asked to leave.

For health and safety reasons, wheelchairs and prams / pushchairs and similar devices are the only transport permitted within Coney Beach Pleasure Park. No cycling, skateboarding or scooters allowed.

Dogs are allowed in Coney Beach Pleasure Park, however they must be kept under control and on a lead at all times.

Operating Rules and Instructions

All rides and other attractions located at Coney Beach Pleasure Park must only be used in accordance with the relevant manufacturer’s or operator’s instructions which may include restrictions on height, weight, size and capacity.

Guidelines have been prepared which detail the safe use of all our rides and attractions. Please read all operating rules and regulations before entering the ride or attraction and to assess the suitability of each ride / attraction for you and / or your child’s abilities. Coney Beach Pleasure Park cannot know the individual suitability / needs of each person / child.

Please ensure that you observe all operating rules and regulations and listen to any instructions given by our ride operators. Any person found not to be following the guidelines or comprising their own health and safety as well as the safety of others may be asked to leave Coney Beach Pleasure Park.

Height, health and safety restrictions are in place for your safety and our ride operators do not have the authority to override them.

The management reserve the right to withdraw / alter any of the rides / attractions at any time without prior notice. Guests are also informed that rides and attractions may be temporary closed, temporarily withdrawn or made otherwise unavailable at any time due to technical or operational reasons, capacity or adverse weather conditions.

Security

Coney Beach Pleasure Park acting reasonably at all times, reserves the right to refuse admission to any persons they feel are unsuitable for their rides / attractions, ban from entry to Coney Beach Pleasure Park, or remove from Coney Beach Pleasure Park without any right to a refund, any person whose presence or behaviour may affect the enjoyment and / or safety of other guests or staff.

Possible behaviours may include, but are not limited to:
Violent, aggressive, threatening, abusive, discriminatory or insulting words or behaviour. Climb / stand upon fences, barriers, walls, safety fences, ride structures or other buildings. Enters or attempt to enter any part of Coney Beach Pleasure Park which is prohibited. Has been convicted of a criminal offence relating to Coney Beach Pleasure Park or civil unrest, which in our opinion is likely to affect the safety / enjoyment of other guests and / or staff.

Coney Beach Pleasure Park reserves the right to start legal proceedings against anyone who is found damaging or defacing any part of Coney Beach Pleasure Park or anyone who is reasonably judged to be acting in any manner which has caused any person to report that individual to us.

Weapons Policy

It is prohibited to bring into Coney Beach Pleasure Park any weapons, fireworks, sparklers, smoke bombs or other articles which may cause injury. The throwing of any article which may cause injury or affect the enjoyment of other guests is strictly prohibited. Any person found to be in possession of an article deemed to be offensive or dangerous will be immediately escorted from Coney Beach Pleasure Park without any right to a refund and we reserve the right to make reports to the relevant authorities which may lead to prosecution.

Drugs Policy

The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited, and any persons found possessing, using or who appear to be under the influence of illegal substances will be refused admission or escorted from Coney Beach Pleasure Park without any right to a refund. Again, we reserve the right to make reports to the relevant authorities which may lead to prosecution.

CCTV Cameras

CCTV cameras are used to assist in the proper running of Coney Beach Pleasure Park. However, we do not make any representation as to the extent of coverage provided by the cameras.

Alcohol Policy

Alcohol is not permitted within Coney Beach Pleasure Park and we reserve the right to confiscate any alcohol brought onto our premises. Persons deemed to be under the influence of alcohol will not be permitted to use rides and attractions and will be asked to leave.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is allowed in Coney Beach Pleasure Park though by law not allowed in enclosed areas. However, as we are a family attraction please be aware of others around you and use the bins provided.

Photography / Filming

It is not unusual to have photographers and film crews recording at Coney Beach Pleasure Park. By accepting these terms and conditions of entry, customers consent to being photographed, filmed or taped by Coney Beach Pleasure Park or third parties appointed by the Coney Beach Pleasure Park. Coney Beach Pleasure Park and any authorised party may use such images in perpetuity in any promotional, advertising or publicity material in any format whatsoever. You further agree that copyright in these materials rests with Coney Beach Pleasure Park or such authorised party (as the case may be).

However, you have the right not to be filmed / photographed by Coney Beach Pleasure Park or any authorised third party. If so, please contact the camera operator / photographer at the time of filming and make it known that you do not wish to appear in any filming / photography.

You are permitted to take photographs and recording within Coney Beach Pleasure Park if these are solely for private use and are not sold or used for any commercial or public use.

You are prohibited from taking photographs and/or recordings whilst on any ride or attraction. Please note that harnessed or fixed cameras including, but not limited to GoPro or similar brands, are not allowed on any ride or attraction in any circumstances.

By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree not to intentionally photograph and/or capture video footage of any individual without that person’s permission and you must adhere to all photography / filming restrictions in place from time to time whilst within Coney Beach Pleasure Park.

Refund Policy

Coney Beach Pleasure Park operates a no refund policy. Please check session date, times, and read all terms and conditions before purchasing.

Online Ticket Payments

Entrance tickets can be purchased on-line for selected date and time sessions. Availability will be subject to capacity restrictions.
In the interest of safety, guests are asked to ensure that all children under 12 years of age are accompanied by a responsible adult during their visit.

On purchase, we will send a confirmation online booking email detailing the reference, transaction amount and QR code for entry.

Entrance Conditions

If you have booked online, you must present your e-ticket at the Gate, either printed or on your smart device. You may arrive at this gate 20 minutes prior to your chosen session start time. Social distancing must be adhered to. Please do not attend Coney Beach Pleasure Park if you or any member of your household have COVID-19-like symptoms. All members on the booking must be present at time of entry. Once the QR code is scanned, it will automatically become invalid for further use.

Payment Methods

We currently use a 100% secure credit and debit card payment processor for your safety and convenience. Coney Beach Pleasure Park participates in Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode for added online payment protection. These services are offered by Visa MasterCard in association with the bank that has issued your credit / debit card. It is aimed at protecting your details when shopping online by ensuring your card is not being used by someone else.

All payments made online will be in GBP

VAT

All prices you see on our website includes VAT. What you see is what you pay.

Cancellations and Refunds

Coney Beach Pleasure Park does not operate a refund or cancellation policy for online bookings. However, if you should have any issues when purchasing online, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. If, for whatever reason, Coney Beach Pleasure Park is closed (health & safety, adverse weather conditions etc.) on the day of your visit, an alternative date can be arranged.

Data we collect

We may collect information on what pages are accessed or visited by you and information volunteered by you, such as your contact details, survey information (where applicable) and / or any website registrations. We use this information for internal use only to review and to improve the content of the website. Further without prejudice to the above, we shall always process your information obtained via your access and use of this website and / or in accordance with our privacy policy. WHERE WE COLLECT FROM YOU AND YOU VOLUNTARILY SUBMIT TO US, YOUR INFORMATION WILL BE GOVERNED BY THESE TERMS INCLUDING OUR PRIVACY POLICY.
